THE U.N. ALTERNATIVE NO FLY ZONE IS THE BETTER NO FLY ZONE
The U.N. MUST ESTABLISH ITS OWN NO FLY ZONE: The Russian bombings of nuclear reactors constitute an attack on all European nations by having endangered the entire continent.
The Russian bombing of Ukrainian nuclear reactors constitute an attack on NATO-allied as well as non-allied European nations. It has endangered the entire continent.
It requires a response.
The mechanism for a non-NATO no fly zone has always been available.
The indiscriminate Russian bombing provided the West legal justification and the means for neutral UN peacekeeping forces to intervene and establish a No Fly Zone over Ukraine. The enforcement powers, as well as the justifications for enforcement, was undersigned by none other than Russia itself, a signatory to the U.N. Charter.
Ukraine? There’s no other news on the airwaves for a reason.
The War in Ukraine is WAG the DOG on steroids. American response to a war-in-the-making was timely manufactured to take the public’s attention off Joe Biden’s EPIC failures on the economy and inflation, his tepid Covid response and blame shifting that has left more Americans dead with vaccines available to Biden, than for Trump who had no vaccines; the supply chain issues, energy shortages and price hikes, migration horrors at the border, national security violations, exploding crime wave across America, and the president’s not having supplied Ukraine timely with advanced weapons. Meaning, weapons that are effective and/or will be adequate.
Regardless, the decision to surrender Ukraine to Russia predates Biden the president, to Biden as Obama’s Veep.
Remember when Biden was Barack Obama’s point man on Ukraine. After the 2014 invasion of Crimea, when the Ukrainians begged the USA for weapons, supplies, and medicine to fight, Obama-Biden & Co. sent the Ukrainians blankets.
The dog was being wagged. That was the hand moving.
It didn’t matter whether or not the hand was saluting CNN/MSDNC or FOX/OAN.
It’s entertaining to watch for sure, and the public was watching.
The hand not moving however, was doing the work.
It is the hand the public is not watching because it is not moving.
WE’VE ALWAYS HAD ALTERNATIVES TO NATO’S NO FLY ZONES!
And that’s why that alternative is being ignored, and ignoring that can, cause more war.
THE ALTERNATE IS ALSO A NO FLY ZONE, EXCEPT IT’S NOT AMERICA’S NO FLY ZONE.
It’s not NATO’s, for NATO’s no fly zone was a no go from the get-go.
The no fly zone that can work, because the entire world would back it, hasn’t left the runway for the reasons I detailed here.
Mostly because it would have scuttled the Obama-Biden Legacy of genuine Russia Collusion.
That’s the one intended for Ukraine to be absorbed into Russia – part of the deal Obama made with Medvedev in 2012. Why the process is being slow-walked.
With America’s political class running the show, the hand not moving failed to substantially help Ukraine this week, as it has failed to help in the recent past for the very same reasons. It is one reason the US government nixed NATO’s no fly zones.
The US did not want Ukraine to win. But it wanted a coverup.
The coverup is all noise, threats, promises, puppetering, Psakis, and no cigar.
More importantly, it is why Biden has not called for enforcement under Chapter V, Article 24 and 6 of the UN Charter that obligates the UN’s international peace keepers to establish NO FLY ZONES over nations being targeted by invasion, war crimes and threat of civilian deaths. Under these the UN would not have become a partisan military participant in a conflict between member states. Rather, a neutral buffer until diplomacy settled the issues and rights between combatants.
A participant to the hostilities as defined under these UN Charters, in this case Russia, cannot veto the enforcement of the treaties to which it has affixed its signature.
To protect the Obama Administration’s legacy exemplified by its inaction against the Russian invasion of Crimea (as Obama-Biden had done nothing back then), the Biden Administration in 2022 will continue to make good on Obama’s promises to allow Vladimir Putin to achieve his vision of a Greater Russia and its recoupment of its Soviet Era boundaries. This, in repayment for Russia helping Obama win and keeping to his promise of having “more flexibility” after 2012.
A greater Russia realized by having destroyed American energy exploration and extraction, while green-lighting Russian production, and American funding of Russia’s wars by buying Russian energy at $112 a barrel. And to cut other sources off at the knee, Biden cut off the Israel-to-Europe pipeline.
The in-the-bag media winked as the administration trotted out Jean Psaki and the DeptState’s and Pentagon’s muppets to make Americans think the administration is actually doing something for Ukraine. Those are the hands moving and you’re mesmerized watching them move a whole lot of air to produce very little substance.
It’s been a magic show.
There the Psakis and the Pelosis stand on their soapboxes with bullhorns, hysterically bloviating about the butchery going down courtesy of the psychopath in the Kremlin. About which they intend to do nothing anyway, because they themselves enabled the carnage in the first place.
Meanwhile they wink with smiles to a clueless public. A magic show, as the curtains fall on Ukraine and the nation falls to ex-Bolshevik thugs, Chechen Jihadis, muggers, murderers, and rapists.
Perhaps the reader now has a deeper understanding of Russia Collusion.
THE UNITED NATION NEEDS TO ENFORCE THE NO FLIGHT ZONE OVER THE ENTIRETY OF UKRAINE AND MOLDOVA IMMEDIATELY UNDER CHAPTER V/VI OF THE UN CHARTER.
