Of possible embarrassment to some pundits on the American right, and to others of us (including Tucker Carlson of FOX news who supported Putin’s assault on civilization and the west). Meaning on America. Some so-called “conservatives” have parroted the Kremlin’s talking points that propped up Ukraine’s pro-Russia political parties. They, and we, are now hung by our own petards.

Their activities appear to have forced the hand of Ukraine’s president, certainly not a leftwinger, to shut down Ukraine’s Russified leftwing parties steering Ukraine into the Russian fold. They’ve used Tucker Carlson’s words to do it.

“On March 3, as Russian military forces bombed Ukrainian cities as part of Vladimir Putin’s illegal invasion of his neighbor, the Kremlin sent out talking points to state-friendly media outlets with a request: Use more Tucker Carlson.

“It is essential to use as much as possible fragments of broadcasts of the popular Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who sharply criticizes the actions of the United States [and] NATO, their negative role in unleashing the conflict in Ukraine, [and] the defiantly provocative behavior from the leadership of the Western countries and NATO towards the Russian Federation and towards President Putin, personally,” advises the 12-page document written in Russian.

The document—titled “For Media and Commentators (recommendations for coverage of events as of 03.03)”—was produced, according to its metadata, at a Russian government agency called the Department of Information and Telecommunications Support, which is part of the Russian security apparatus.

Carlson repeatedly noted there was no reason for the United States to assist Ukraine in its battle with Russia, and insisted it was “not treason, it is not un-American” to support Putin. He contended that Ukraine was not “a democracy” but a “client state” of the US government.

After Putin attacked Ukraine, Carlson ceased his anti-anti-Putin rhetoric and shifted to a new line: that the United States and the West purposefully goaded Putin into launching the war.” SOURCE

Mother Jones (leftwing) printed the actual memo which this writer has translated as being accurate to its source.

Ukraine’s leftwing parties, a Fifth Column within the state, all socialists and non-democratic, have infiltrated Ukraine’s media. These parties are naturally directed by the FSB, Moscow’s security services that seeds disinformation, alternate history, and generates conflict in the west, while garnering support for the Kremlin in “friendly” western media.

“Friendly media’s” comments, for example Tucker’s, are distributed by the Kremlin to buttress Putin’s agenda.

Lenin coined such pretentious, arrogant, foolish and naïve folk as Tucker as USEFUL IDIOTS.

Tucker Carlson Defended Putin. Then He Got Mugged by Reality

What the Fox News host’s flip-flop on the invasion of Ukraine says about his influence and read on foreign affairs.

….it’s all fun and games until the tanks start rolling in and the infernal logic of endorsing a strongman becomes inescapable. Since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, Carlson’s tune has changed considerably. Hours after characterizing the issue as a “border dispute,” he was warning his viewers that we were at risk of a “world war.” The fault, moreover, wasn’t that of the United States or Joe Biden or Ukraine. “Vladimir Putin started this war, so whatever the context of the decision that he made, he did it,” Carlson said. “He fired the first shots.”

What had changed? The simplest explanation is that Carlson finally got mugged by reality.

But this has also arguably made him overconfident in his ability to contend with matters of serious import, such as foreign affairs. He…dismissed the immoral actions of bad actors and has little interest in the international order or the rule of law. SOURCE

In his unique style coupled with his peculiar Kamala-esque cackle, Tucker mockingly dismissed his critics’ characterizations of him as a “Russian stooge,” even after he was clearly reading the Kremlin’s talking points. The leftwing has been busy skewering him - this time for cause. Tucker however, is blind and deaf.

No other than Sergei Lavrov, the Kremlin’s foreign minister, urged the world to tune in to Tucker.

BREITBART on the parties being temporarily cancelled by martial law are as follows:

“The Opposition Platform — For Life, Left Opposition, Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine, Socialist Party of Ukraine, Socialists, Union of Left Forces, Party of Shariy, Opposition Bloc, Ours, State, and Volodymyr Saldo Bloc have all been banned by decree amid the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine for at least “the period of the martial law.”

….The National Security and Defence Council decided, given the full-scale war waged by Russia…and political ties a number of political structures have with this state (Russia), to suspend the activities of a number of political parties during martial law…”

All of the socialist parties banned in the country — which have previously been described as “democratic” by U.S. President Joe Biden – are considered…pro-Russian…” They are the parties Victoria Nuland tried to install, and failed trying.

In other words, knowingly or unknowingly, naively or diabolically, Carlson has backed every leftwing-socialist party in Ukraine that was working with the Obamas and Bidens, and asked his viewers to do likewise.
