THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL EXPROPRIATION OF RUSSIAN OLIGARCH'S ASSETS
GOVERNMENT CANNOT LEGALLY TAKE THE WEALTH OF INNOCENT BUSINESSMEN
The official statement reads: “We are committed to employing sanctions and other financial and enforcement measures on additional Russian officials and elites close to the Russian government, as well as their families, and their enablers…”
One US official was even more blunt: “We will take their yachts, their luxury apartments, their money and their ability to send their kids to fancy colleges in the West.” - NY POST (referring to the potential of China trying Russia’s tactic by attacking Taiwan, but now having to confront these words.)
Oligarchs tied to the war effort are legit targets. Lashing out at innocent Russians leaves America going low.
Taking the assets of foreign businessmen, victimizing innocents for the crimes of others over whom they have no control, is not legit. What if foreigners did likewise to America’s businesses? Innocent before having been proven guilty, one first must assume these foreigners had nothing to do with promoting, financing, or participating in Putin’s unprovoked aggression based on Putin’s invented pretexts we here examine for context:
1. “The Maiden Revolution was a CIA plot” making Ukraine’s government illegit.
2. The “RUS” (Ukraine’s ancient people), are actually Russians who need to be “saved” from Ukraine’s culture and the EU they are desperate to join.
3. Ukraine is filled with Nazis. Russia needs to finish WWII to root them out.
a. The “CIA plot” narrative infiltrated into alt media in the West could never have taken over a tech-savvy Ukraine facing the overwhelming electoral victories of Ukraine’s anti-Russia majority. Not after the MAIDEN protests. Actually, the CIA coup never happened. What really happened was Putin’s FSB’s interference in Ukraine’s affairs.
The “CIA” fairy tale parallels the Democrat’s: Russia forced 63 million Americans to vote for Trump.
b. The RUS may have evolved from Ukraine’s ancient nomads, however modern Ukrainians are no more Russian than the Hungarians and Poles next door. All peoples of Eastern and Central Europe came from the Steppe, including the Russians. Ditto for the Turks, Hungarians, Poles, Eskimos, and the American Native.
c. Moreover, not Russians, but Ukrainians built the splendid synagogue at Babi Yar’s Memorial Park - the scene of the Nazi-Ukie murder of 34,000 Jews.
d. They were not Moscovites, but “Nazi” Kiyvites who elected a Jewish head of state with a 91% approval rating.
e. Not Ukie Nazis, but Putin’s assassins, bombed Babi Yar to remind Jews who is boss.
The reason?
To continue the project Putin’s communist predecessors had attempted earlier.
To erase the memory of the Holocaust.
ONE HOLOCAUST WAS NOT ENOUGH!
Putin chose this very time to terrorize Ukraine’s tiny 0.13% Jewish community left alive by the predecessor of the SPARTA Batallion who just experienced the Wrath of Moses’ G-d.
The chief of Ukraine’s Nazi Battalion got assassinated by Ukraine’s soldiers.
The problem?
The Nazi warlord did not croak fighting for Ukraine’s Jewish PM Volodymyr Zelensky.
He bit the dust for Vladimir Putin.

Now the reader has the perspective to understand the injustice against Russia’s presumably innocent oligarchs.
Can Americans whine about Russian oil magnates while Joe Biden has has been buying 700,000 barrels per day for $91 million from Putin? Can America torture Putin’s friends while rewarding Putin himself?
After all, they were not the oligarchs, but we Americans, who funded Russia’s wars.
Genocide is the norm for Russia’s rulers. And China’s.
The two nations with whom the Biden Family sleeps and from whom the Bidens have been raking in tens of millions.
This is the “Inconvenient Truth” why Biden keeps nixing any military victory for Ukraine by denying them the Polish MIGS and air superiority.
You see, the Biden family’s self-dealing interests come before America’s.
That interest has always aligned with Russia’s.
In this context about which the American People were unaware, how Russia’s oligarchs made their money is beside the point, not?
If you think Russia’s oligarchs are our business, the answer is, it is not the issue. Property rights are. Ukrainian corruption, an invented coup, a band of neo-Nazis, is not the point.
Law, due process, and property rights, are.
These distinctions differentiate Russia's existence from America’s.
While the Marxist Deep State may alter the meaning of “is,” the US constitution does not permit seizures of foreigners’ assets. Not while criminals Biden & Co. distract the world from our president’s EPIC disasters in Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Taiwan.
Look at it this way.
If they took the Russian’s wealth without due process, they can take yours.
No legal mechanism in civilized society punishes one party for the crimes of the other. Nor for a prosecutor’s failure to incarcerate the actual culprit.
Expropriating the wealth of foreign or domestic citizens, is no different in principle (except for the amount of wealth being confiscated), from yanking that last can of formula from the mouth of a nursing infant.
MORAL CLARITY
In this rhetorical mirror we can view the illegitimate justifications for Putin’s invasion as the destruction of a nation and a people; and the injustices America would perpetrate on innocent Russians, as the destruction of individuals.
Our foundational documents constitute the Bill of Rights. Americans will defend these rights to plan their lives, work and produce, and keep for which they had expanded chunks of their lives. We extend these rights to foreigners conducting business with us.
THE BOTTOM LINE: Property and gun rights exist to slam the brakes on the limited authority of a government that would deprive The People of their rights, guns, and property.
There are justifiable reasons to take property. There are no justifiable reasons to take property without due process. Due process litigates the legitimacy for the “reasons” the prosecutor exerts to dispossess individuals from their rights - which are theirs.
Putin invaded neighboring Ukraine on false pretexts, fake history, to take Ukraine’s history, territory, assets, and legacy.
Taking of the assets of innocent foreigners in America will change nothing at the Kremlin.
Moreover, it will not change the epic incompetence at the White House either.

Governments can't legally bomb civilians in the Ukraine either. Selective application of 'law' here? Who in his right mind wants to leave the legal community in charge anyway?
Odd. Liberals all seem to embrace things like a one world government, world wide citizenship and the ability to move and live around in that world . But for some unknown reason they are are hot on taking the property of some of those world citizens away from them by force of law or without due process, simply because they don't like what other world citizens living or visiting from in those other areas of the world are doing. Does the visiting Russian to the US, who is totally uninvolved in the Ukrain, like the main bloc of citizens of the US, warrant stealing their money and property because of what people in their country are doing in the Ukrain? If they are Russian we can simply take their stuff? Tell me, how is this any different in what the same liberals claim that Russia is doing to the Ukrainian people? OK for us to do it but not OK for Russia? Seems to be some faulty logic there.
